Adventure to the land of Thai
Hello everyone!! Jennifer here. This blog seems to be a little neglected recently. A lot has happened since the last time we've updated on here.

Hope everyone is well on the West Coast, as I heard there was a huge storm on Sunday (the 20th) and then a small earthquake today.
In February, Matt and I went to Thailand!! I just got my Taiwan passport, and to activate it, I had to leave the country, and where better to go than THAILAND!?! Cheap and super close to where we are now. We were only there for around 2 days. But it was a fun 2 days. We signed up for a tour for one of the days we were there and went to a lot of cool tourist-y places.

And then we went to the Floating Market!! There were sooo many boats, it reminded me of LA traffic

And, of course, can't go to Thailand and not ride an ELEPHANT!!!
We then went to an elephant and alligator show and ate at a buffet before heading back to our hotel.

Since we were in Thailand, had to try authentic PadThai. And, I must say it was amazing!!

It was a great ending to a fun filled day. Next time we go to Thailand, we definitely want to go further south and enjoy the beaches there. But for now, we'll enjoy the cooler Taiwan weather before the unbearable heat of summer hits.
Hope all is well with everyone :]
